I created a treat bag for my project.

I started with the Scallop Round Handled Bag file

from SVG Cutting Files.  I used DCWV paper. 

 Next I added this cute Chibi Penguin
also from SVG Cutting Files.
Her adorable face is from Peachy Keen's
PK-754 Medium Critter Faces

 I added a tag from Jaded Blossom's
Mini Tag Dies and the sentiment is from
the Merry & Bright Stamp Set.  I stamped
the sentiment and then heat embossed with
Zing Embossing Powder.

I added some chocolate kisses stamped with
the penguin candy stamps from the
Merry & Bright Stamp Set.
I tied the bag off with some glitter tulle
and added a little bit of twine to my bag.
