Welcome to Erica's Craft Room
100 Cricut Cartridge Blog Hop Day ONE

You should have started at http://mycricutcraftroom.blogspot.com/ if not please start at the beginning

Welcome to My Cricut Craft Room's one year
"BLOG-iversary" of our first 100 cartridge Blog hop!
A year ago the blog was kicked off with the first design team members
and daily postings. It took 2 months to get ready for this hop last year.
Now we bring it to you the first full weekend of every month.
Collectively the design team uses over 100 different Cricut Cartridges
in their projects during the two days of this hop. Sunday the new members
of the design team will be announced and some have even made a
project to share with you!!
What an exciting weekend!!

As special treat enjoy 10% off of your total purchase with Erica's Craft Room Store.
Use the code JULY to see 10% off of your total purchase (No exclusions)
on July 7 & 8. Also on Sunday there will be an exciting announcement!!!
This month I picked the following cartridges:
Wild Card 2
Sesame Street Seasons
Paper Dolls Teen Scene
The first project I am going to share with you
is the cute Owl card from page 45
of the new Wild Card 2 Cartridge.
I cut this at 5"
The paper is from DCWV Green Tea Stack

This was my husband's birthday card.
He loves owls!
The sentiment was pieced together
from K Andrew's Owly Hoo Sentiments.
My next card was made from
Sesame Street Seasons.
This is the first time I have used this cartridge
and I just love the way this little
Abby Kadabby came out!!

She is cut out from page 43 at 4".
I was a little scared when I saw all
the little pieces, but she was worth it!!
Don't you agree??

I mounted her onto a card made with
Spellbinders Curved Rectangles Die
and Label 18 die.  I inked around the edges
and add some glitter tulle at the top.
My final project was made with
Paper Doll Teen Scene.

Doesn't this make you want to go to the beach!!
I started by inking my card base with the following
colors of Tim Holtz Distress Ink:
Wild Honey
Dried Marigold
Peacock Feathers
Broken China
I added some Waterfall and Crystal Stickles
to the waves.
The sand is a piece of Coornidations
Glitter Cardstock, inked with Tea Dye Distress Ink.
The dolls were both cut at 5"
I added some Glossy Accents to the
lenses of their sunglasses!!
I used a Spellbinders Classic Circle die for the sun.
The sentiment is from K Andrews Splashtastic Summer set.
I added some Orange Peel Stickes for the rays of the sun.

Thank you for stopping by today.  I hope you
have enjoyed my projects.

Next you should visit my amazing design team sister Teresa
