CDD Stamps August Stamp Release Day 2 Sneak Peeks

Today is Day 2 of the August stamp release at Craftin Desert Divas. We have four new stamp sets in this release. Day 4 sneak peeks are going to be a larger 5x7 stamp set! These images and sentiments will also come with a matching SVG cut file that is FREE to you .

 

There are a few specials during this release we want to share with you. Every purchase receives a FREE Too Cute by Jessica SVG pattern made especially for this release. Any minimum 2 Stamp purchase will receive a FREE mini stamp. I made a super cute shaker card!!

 Both the sentiment and the cow are stamps from this set!!

I also used the free SVG's

I used dies to create my shaker.

And now for my project....

For today I am sharing another project using a Prima Doll!!

This time I used a wooden doll :)

Followers of my blog should know I am

I tried some different techniques this time.

I stenciled the tag using some Prima stencils

and Glimmer Mist.  The label is a Spellbinders

Labels 10 which I embossed with Cuttlebug Paisley folder.

I used Prima Chalk Edgers to ink all my edges.

Here is a closeup of the doll

I colored her with American Crafts Chromatix markers.

I am a pure amateur when it comes to coloring!!

I added some bling from Recollections,

some Webster's Trim and some

beatuiful crocheted flowers.

The little sparkly dots are from Prima

and so is the CUTE paperclip.

For my project this week I decided
to go clean and simple.


I started with a plain white card base from

Recollections.  I added some American Crafts

Glitter Tape.  The sentiment and flower are

from My Creative Time.  I used Zing Embossing

Powder to heat embloss the sentiment.

Here are the Tags that I created for this challenge:

My tags were cut from Kraft cardstock

using My Creative Time's "Just Tags" dies.

I embossed each with a different embossing

folders from Cuttlebug and Sizzix.

I inked them with Distress Ink.

Next I added some pattern paper

from My Minds Eye and some

American Crafts Glitter Tape.

 The adorable snow couple are from

Peachy Keen's Putsen and Jud stamp set.

I purchased the coordinating SVG files

so I cut them with my Silhouette and then

stamped them onto white Coordinations paper.

Next I paper pieced their hats and

coats with the same MME paper.

 I added a little sparkle with some

Holly and Crystal Stickles.

The banner dies are from

My Craft Spot and the

sentiment's are from the same

Peachy Keen stamp set.

Leaf It To Me

 

Hello and Happy Tuesday

to all my Crafty Friends!!

Today I have a card to share

that I made to enter a few Fall Challenges.

The first Challenge is a Sketch Challenge

over at Peachy Keen

Here is the Sketch

Here is my take on the Sketch:

 

I actually made this card using

Spellbinders Fall Foilage

and My Creative Time dies.

The pattern paper is Bo Bunny Apple Cider.

The adorable Peachy Keen Faces

are from the In the Garden Stamp Set.

I used some Tim Holtz Distress Inks

in Rusty Hinge and Gathered Twigs, to ink the edges.

I used the following Stickles Colors,:

Stardust, Lime Green, Yellow,

Orange Peel and Copper.

These are two of my favorite techniques!!

The sentiment is from My Creative Time's

Piles of Smiles stamp set.  I stamped it

onto a label cut from her Jar Accessories Dies.

 

I finished it off with some

American Crafts Glitter Tape.

It is hard to see in the picture,

but this card has a lot of sparkle!!
