Peanut Birthday Card

I made some extra Peanuts and made this card to enter in the Birthday Sundaes - Challenge 25.  Once again the Peanut is from Create a Critter.  I used Peachy Keens Wide Eyed Kids face stamp, and a Sizzix embossing folder.  The patterned paper is from Imaginisce Animal Crackers line.  The little tag and Happy Birthday tag stamp is from Stampin Up.  The Sentiment is from Pink By Design "Be Mine" set.  I used twine from My Craft Spot to tie the tag to a piece of ribbon from my stash.

Pink Roses

So for my second post today, I made a card for my mother-in-laws upcoming 80th birthday.  The challenge this week at Birthday Sundaes was a color challenge, to make a birthday card using pink, green and white.  Well my scrap room is these 3 colors!!  Since I just got my Art Philosophy cartridge this week, I decided to try making some 3D flowers.   Here is a close up of the flowers.

 I have had such fun playing!!  The vase is a cut from Celebrate with Flourish, I just cut off some pieces!!  If you missed it the birthday wording is in the lower left corner, the stamo is from Papertry Ink "Mega Mixed Messages".  I added a little bling, some stickles and glimmer misted the flowers.  Oh Yeah, the pink flower in the middle was cut from white paper.  I inked the edges with SU Pretty in Pink and the applied glimmer mist.  The pink, green and white background paper is from Making Memories.   I also used a little bit of twine from My Craft Spot!!   I am also entering this in FCCB Challenge #74 – Birthday Bash . 

Birthday Sundaes Cakes & Cupcakes

The cuts are from Create a Critter, and the PP is from DCWV.  I used 2 different Cuttlebug folders.  Divne Swirls on the cupcake, and the Happy Birthday folder for the top section.

Blue and White Dress Card

So here is my 2nd card for a challenge this week.  I made the card for the Celebrate The Occasion  # 23, Blue and White, and the Birthday Sundaes Challenge #19.

I love the way this card turned out.  The dress is from Forever Young.  The frame is from Elegant Edges and the little label is from Lacey Labels.  The printed paper is from DCWV 'Green Tea" stack.  I found this and a few other stacks for $5.99 at Marshall's!!  What a steal, I think I picked up a total of 6 different stacks.
The shimmer cardstock is Coordinations.  I used some Waterfall Stickles and a few Recollections gems.
