Here is the card I am entering in the Birthday Sundaes Cakes & Cupcakes Challenge #19.
The cuts are from Create a Critter, and the PP is from DCWV. I used 2 different Cuttlebug folders. Divne Swirls on the cupcake, and the Happy Birthday folder for the top section.

To add the blinkie - copy the code and then go to the 'design' tab and click add a gadget, then choose html/javascript. Paste the code there and hit save. Hopefully this helps! You can email me direct if you need more help: birthdaysundaes@gmail.com
