Yeah, I am so excited that I finished up

My Favorite Things Camp Create!!

Today's project theme is

Background Bonanza!

This project was super fun to create.

I used the MFT Stamps Mon Cheri Stamp Set.

I used the smaller stamps to create my background 

Once again, I used my Zig Clean Color Markers

to color all my images.  I have been hooked on these

ever since purchasing them from Amazon!

I cut out my sweet girl from the Mon Cheri Die-namics

I also used the Ziz Zag Stitched Oval Stax,

Blueprints 13 and Blueprints 29.

I used lots of Wink of Stella to add sparkle too :)

There is Sunshine

Hello and Happy Friday!!

I wanted to make a card for a friend

that recently lost her sister to suicide.

I did not want it to be a sympathy card, I just wanted

to cheer her up and let her know I am thinking

and praying for her and her family.

I used lots of My Favorite Things products on this card!!

I embossed the tag using a Darice Cloud folder and

then I went over the clouds with the 

brand new Tim Holtz Distress Crayons!

I used Picket Fence on the clouds and Vintage Photo 

on the edges.  The tag, base and sentiment piece are 

all from MFT Blueprints 13 

and the plaid paper is from the County Fair pack.

 The sentiment is from Cheerful Blessings

This sun is the Sunny Skies Die-namics

I inked it with Tim Holtz Distress markers

and then covered it with Wink of Stella. 

For the inside I used a scripture stamp

from Stampendous called Hope Verses.

It has been a long time since I have

entered any challenges!!

I am entering this in the MFT Sketch Challenge

And now for my project:
With Mother's Day just around the corner
I made this lovely card for my mother-in-law
The roses are a  file from the Silhouette Store
I used Design ID #66298

I created an offset and resized it almost to the size of the

original cut.  I cut both pieces out of white paper.

I watercolored the offset using Tim Holtz Distress Inks

in Pickled Raspberry and Mowed Lawn.

 I used my Wink of Stella Glitter Brush Markers

to color in the top layer.

The card base is from Pretty Paper Pretty Ribbon 

The Just for Mom stamp set had just the right

pieces to build my sentiment.

I also added a few of the large pink sequins

from the Dream Catcher Mix.

For this card I used SNOWMAN KISSES

This stamp set comes with some fun Snowman Sentiments

and two adorable snowman images.

I used my Spectrum Noir Markers to color the snowman

Red - DR2, DR5

Green - CG2, CG4

Sky - TB1, TB2

Arms - EB4

I added some Wink of Stella Glitter

and Liquid Applique for the snow.

I also added some Diamond Dust

the outline and then stamped it

to color her hair and skin and boots

I added some Wink of Stella Glitter Markers

to give them some sparkle

Halloween Treat Bags

Hello and Happy Halloween!!

Every year I make my grandkids Halloween Treat bags, and usually try

to make them the same as whatever they are dressing up as

 

Here are this year's bags!!

So my granddaughter Kambria is 11

and she is dressing up as the Tin Man

but, her's is a Tin Girl??

Her costume is called Tin Heart Throb.

I tried to come as close as I could.

I combined elements from Too Cute By Jessica's

Superhero Kids 1 and Superhero Kids 2 files

I had to get creative with this one.

The ax and tin hat are from another file

I used the Peachy Keen In the Garden Faces.

Now my next grandchild is Tristan and he is 10

almost 11 and he only decided a few days ago

that he was even going to dress up.

I had to settle for what his mom could

find and that was a Ninja!!

I used the Girl Ninjas file from Too Cute by Jessica

I did not have the boy ninja file, so I just

left the hair off!!  I am not at all happy with

the way the background came out.

but oh well!!!  I used Peachy Keens Moodies face stamps

 Next up is Vincent and he is 9

as you can see, he will be Iron Man

I used the Superhero Kids 2 files from TCBJ

Next to last is Kayla, she is 7

and a total tomboy!!  She wanted to be a Ninja Turtle.

I used one of the Member Free files from PPBN

I used a Prima Stencil and Distress Ink

to create the cool brick wall background.

Last but certainly not least is my

dear little princess Bella who is 5.

She is crazy about Frozen so who else

could she be but Elsa!!  For this one, I used the

Frosty Fairytale Friends file from TCBJ

I used Peachy Keen Sweet and Innocent faces.

I added some sparkle with Wink of Stella Glitter Pens

and some Want 2 Scrap Bling.

Miss Kate's Cuttables Guest Designer

Hello and Happy Staurday!!

 I am beyond thrilled to be

guest designing for Miss Kate's Cuttables!!

I have been a fan long before I even had a

machine that could cut them.

I started downloading the files way

before I bought my Silhouette.

 

I chose to use the adorable

"BEWITCHING" file

Here are the projects I made with this adorable file

I made a cute little shaped card

and treat bag. 

I created a shaped card using the moon file.

I had to add the cute little witch

flying by on her broom!! 

I used Peachy Keen's In The Garden Faces

to stamp her sweet face.

The pattern papers and Sprinkles are

from Doodlebug Ghouls & Goodies line.

I embossed her hair using the Cuttlebug Divine Swirls folder.

I added some sparkle to her hair and the broom

with Wink of Stella Markers.

The sentiment is from Craftin Desert Divas Stamps

Happy Celebrations Stamp Set, I heat embossed

in using Zing Embossing Powder

I also made a sweet little treat bag

using the tree and bat files.

 I used Peachy Keen's Monster Mash

for the faces on these guys.

I also used the Cuttlebug Woodgrain

folder to emboss the tree.

 

These files were so much fun to work with

and super easy to put together.  I love

that they include base images that make

 it super easy to put the layers together.

Here is my sneak peek project ...

I am back with another tag using

a Julie Nutting Prima doll!

I tried a new technique this time,

using Dylusions Sprays and stencils.

I've never used these sprays before

and was quite happy with my results.

I added some trim from Webster's Pages,

some sweet crochet flowers, bling and butterflies!!



Here is a close up of the wonderful sentiment.

I stamped it and then added clear embossing powder.
