This linky party theme is SAY IT WITH A SENTIMENT.

     $10 Gift Certificate

The more you link up, the better chance you have to win.
Visit Craftin Desert Divas for all the rules and to play along.
Here is what I created for this linky party....
I am so excited to share this card with you.
This is my first card using the
Julie Nutting Prima Doll Stamps
I recently won a prize from a Lisa at
A Mermaid's  Crafts from a
Prima Doll Blog Hop.
This is not the stamp I won, but I
am now officially hooked!!
I have not jumped into the
coloring craze, so I did just
a minimum of coloring.
I started by first stamping the doll
onto flesh colored cardstock.
I only had to color in her hair,
I used my Stampin Up Markers.
I then paper pieced her dress,
headband and shoes.
The doily in the background
was punched with my
We R memory Keeper Mini 8 Punch,
from Artisan Papers from
Pink Paislee, and then
misted with Glimmer Mist
in Sand and Yellow Daisy.

This beautiful sentiment is from the
from My Creative Time.
I stamped it onto
a Label 4 Spellbinders Die.
I finished my card
by adding some Webster's Pages
Trim and Recollections Pearl Bling
and some Artisan Chipboard Butterflies.

Hope you will Craft It Up & Link It Up!!!

PPPR Guest Designer

Hello and Happy Friday!!
Today I have the great honor and
pleasure to be a Guest Designer over
Lisa has the most adorable files
and every Friday she has a fabulous freebie!!

For my project today, I made invitations.
My nephew will be turning 30 on
October 7th, so his wife is having
a big Oktoberfest Themed
Birthday party for him!!
When I did a search on Google
I was pleasantly surprised to find that PPPR
had a fabulous Oktoberfest  cutting file.

This was perfect for my invitations.
I first made 2 different samples:
She loved both of them, but
we decided to go with the
Oktoberfest Ticket!!
We changed up the colors to
match the rest of her decorations and
here is what the final result was.
I usually like to paper piece my images
but since I had to make 40 invites.
I used the print and cut feature
on my Silhouette Cameo
to cut the Oktoberfest Banner
and the Beer Waitress!!
The ticket was a cut from
the Silhouette Store.  I used
the sketch pens to draw the
inside ticket layer and
the ADMIT ONE.

Here is a close up.
I used a marker to outline
the beer foam because there
was so much white.
I added pop dots to the waitress
to give it some dimension.
Here are all the details
of the party on the back.
I made an internal offset
and once again used the
print and cut feature to first
print the writing and then
cut the inside layer.
I added a little bit
of inking around the edges.
Here is all 40 of them lined up!!
My nephew and niece loved them
and I hope you do to!!
Thank you Lisa for allowing
me to be a Guest Designer!!

Leaf It To Me

Hello and Happy Tuesday
to all my Crafty Friends!!
Today I have a card to share
that I made to enter a few Fall Challenges.
The first Challenge is a Sketch Challenge
over at Peachy Keen
Here is the Sketch

Here is my take on the Sketch:

I actually made this card using
Spellbinders Fall Foilage
and My Creative Time dies.
The pattern paper is Bo Bunny Apple Cider.
The adorable Peachy Keen Faces
are from the In the Garden Stamp Set.

I used some Tim Holtz Distress Inks
in Rusty Hinge and Gathered Twigs, to ink the edges.
I used the following Stickles Colors,:
Stardust, Lime Green, Yellow,
Orange Peel and Copper.
These are two of my favorite techniques!!

The sentiment is from My Creative Time's
Piles of Smiles stamp set.  I stamped it
onto a label cut from her Jar Accessories Dies.

I finished it off with some
American Crafts Glitter Tape.
It is hard to see in the picture,
but this card has a lot of sparkle!!

I will be entering this card in the
following challenges:
