Hello and Happy Friday .

Today I wanted to share a card that

I made at a class I take monthly

at my local Scrapbook Store.

It is a Julie Nutting Doll class.

For this card we used the new "Camille" doll.

The beautiful papers are from Bo Bunny "Secret Garden"

I stamped the face with Peachy Keens Laughy Taffy stamps

and colored skin and hair with my Spectrum Noir Markers.

I also used the My Favorite Things Tweet Friends Set

and the Cheerful Cages Die-Namics

I layered her skirt using different papers from the collection

and finished off my adding a bit of bling :)

Hello, and Happy Tuesday!!

I hope you all had a wonderful Labor Day Weekend!!

Saturday was my Mother in Law's 84th Birthday

and all she wanted was to have her 3 boys together :)

My husband, who is the oldest brother, planned a dinner

at a local restaurant and invited the brothers, 

the grandchildren and  all the great grandchildren!!  

Out of her 12 grandchildren, only 2 were missing.  

She was so happy to have her family all together!!

Here is a picture of my MIL with her 3 boys!!

(my hubby is the one in the red shirt :) )

So she was born in 1931, so I decided to make her a card

using the Julie Nutting 1930's Jeanne Doll Stamp.

I just love the way my card turned out, and my

MIL loved it too!!

Here is a close up of her face,

I used the Peachy Keen Laughy Taffy Faces

I colored her face, hair and skin with my Spectrum Noir Markers

and paper pieced her dress with paper from a My Mind's Eye

6x6 paper pad.  The sentiment if from Craftin Desert Divas

I added some fun embellishments to finish off the card.

And now for my project:
My oldest granddaughter Eva turned 18 this month
Here is one of her senior pictures:

She is a beautiful girl with a beautiful soul
and she is very artistic.  Here is the card I created for her.

I used lots of Prima Product for this card.

I tried to get the Julie Nutting Doll to resemble

my granddaughter in her pictures.  I think

its a fair resemblance!!  I used Prima Color Bloom Spray

and a stencil for the background.  The trim along the side

is also from Prima as are the flowers which I inked

up with my Prima Chalk Edgers to match with the background.

I also added some Prima Glitter Enamel Dots.

Her face is from Peachy Keens Laffy Taffy Assortment.

I used a chalkboard tag for my sentiment and the actual sentiment

if from the Be Inspired Stamp Set, which I stamped in white ink.

I used Bring on the Cake for the sentiment on the inside.

I pleated crinkle ribbon along the edge of my card. 

I love to use crinkle ribbon in this way.

I could not wait to used one of the new

Julie Nutting Prima Doll Stamps.

This on is "Audrey"  I paper pieced her

using a 6x6 paper pad from MME

called The Sweetest Thing.

I stamped her face using Peachy Keens

"Laffy Taffy" face stamps.

I added some Want to Scrap

Pearl Bling, and did you notice the

pearl necklace!!  That is also a

new product from Prima to go with the

new doll stamps.

Happy Belated Birthday

I just love Simply Said, it is so versatile

and is a must have !!

I colored up another of my Julie Nutting Prima Doll Stamps.

This one is "Party Girl".  I colored her using my

Spectrum Noir Markers

Skin - FS1, FS3, PP1

Hair - TN6, TN8

Dress & Shoes - LV1, LV2, LV3

Balloon - LY1, LY3

Background - IB1

I used Doodlebug paper and sprinkles

which I stamped onto a tag from the

Tag It set.

I had to start off 2015 with one of my favorite

products (besides CDD Stamps :))

I used Julie Nuttings Prima Doll Stamps,

This one is called "Candie"

I colored her using my Spectrum Noir

markers, and paper pieced her dress.

I used Peachy Keen's Christmas Character Faces.

The flowers and the little paper clip are from Prima.

I also added some pearl bling from Want to Scrap.

 
 I picked the perfect sentiment from
Blooming for You and stamped it
onto a Tag from the Tag It Stamp and SVG set.

Can't wait to see what you create!!

I paper pieced her dress

I used my Spectrum Noir Markers

to color her hair and skin and boots

Boots - EB4, EB6, EB8

These flowers are from Prima

I added some Wink of Stella Glitter Markers

to give them some sparkle

Wonderfully Wicked - Witching you a Happy Haloween

Hello,

Today is my day to post over at

Craftin Desert Divas

I am sharing a card

using one of my favorite products

Julie Nutting Prima Doll Stamps!!

I am trying to learn how to color with my

Spectrum Noir alcohol markers.

I watched a tutorial on creating

a dark spooky sky.  I also hand drew my fence :)

Here is a close up of the Prima Doll Stamp

called "Witchy Poo", I paper pieced her

using Doodlebug Ghouls and Goodies paper.

Don't you love the striped tights!!

For my sentiment I used Wonderfully Wicked stamp set.
