Happy Birthday Sis

Hello and Happpy Wednesday!!
Today I have a card to share
that I made for the
I made this card for my sister's birthday in June.
This card makes me laugh, when I was litlle,
I was afraid of everything.  My sister and brother
used to get caterpillars on the end of a stick
and chase me around the yard.  I used
to run around crying and screaming!!!
So you can guess that the flower that
is screaming that the bee is going to get
her is me and my sister is acting all innocent...LOL!!!

I just love how this turned out!!
I used the adorable Cottage Cutz Funny Flowers
Die and stamp set from Peachy Keeen.
I am getting addicted to these cute little dies!!

The face stamps are included with the dies!!

I got this cute little bee stamp as a freebie with my
order.  I added a little yellow stickles to him.

Both flowers are on Action Wobbles.

The sentiment stamps are from My Creative Time's
Anyday Bingo and Crossword Stamp Set and
Many Greetings Stamp Set.

I have inked everything up using
Tim Holtz Distress in in Shaded Lilac,
Mowed Lawn, Squeezed Lemonade
and Scattered Straw.  I have also
added some accents with my
Glitter Gel Pen!!

I will also be entering this in the following challenges

Baby Carriage Gift Bag

Hello all My Crafty Friends!!
I have a cute little baby
gift bag to share with you today.

I started with a kraft gift bag.
The next layer is a piece of ivory cardstock
that I inked with TH Distress Ink
in Fired Brick and Scattered Straw.
The next layer is a piece of 6x6 paper
from My Mind's Eye "Playdate" stack.
Not sure what pack the red paper is from,
but I cut this doily using my new
We R Memory Keepers
Lucky 8 Punch.

The top layer is my adorable baby in the buggy cute
from Simply Charmed.  I have embossed it, and
added a cute little Peachy Keen Face, I believe
it is from Wide Eyed Kids.
I cut these last year for a swap, and have never
used it.  I have about 8 of them so you may
see this image again!!

I mounted the baby buggy on an action wobble.
I added some buttons from October Afternoon
accented with Twine.  I also added some pearl flourishes
from Want 2 Scrap.  The ribbon at the top is
from 3 Girl Jam and the trim at the bottom is
from Webster's Pages.

Pot of Gold

Hello and Happy Monday!!

How are all my crafty friends today?
I am doing good, unfortunately I had to go
back to work today after being off for a month
with my foot surgery.  Everything went great, so I
had no more excuses for not going back to work...LOL

I have a fun project to share with you today
that I made to enter in a few challenges.

I made this little treat box with the
pillow box from Art Philosophy cut at 6".
The foil paper is DCWV "Green Tea" Stack.

I added a double belly band around the box.
I used a Martha Stewart Border Punch
on the first layer, and then embossed the
second layer with a Shamrock Folder from
the Cuttlebug Companion Folder
from Simply Charmed.  For this layer,
I used Tim Holtz Kraft-Core
cardstock from Coordinations.
I then sanded it.

Next I cut this cute little Pot of Gold from
Simply Charmed at 2"
I added his cute little face
from Peachy Keen's "Piles of Smiles"
stamp set.  The gold coins were cut
from some gold foil paper.

I used my stylus to emboss some lines
on the coins to define them better.
I attached the pot of gold to the box
with an Action Wobble.

I also cut some Shamrocks from foil paper
using the My Creative Time
"You're My Pot of Gold"
stamp and die set.
The sentiment below is from the same set.

The sentiment was stamped onto
a Ticket cut from the
My Creative Time
"Stiched Fun Ticket Dies"
I added some Tim Holtz
Distress Ink in Peeled Paint.

I added some gold twine to finish it off!!

I got my inspiration for this project from
page 23 of the March Issue of the Cricut Magazine.
Gwen Lords made this adorable box.

I will be entering this into the following challenges:
FCCB - Fun with Puns
Little Scrap Pieces - Emboss It
Cut It Up - Pinterest Inspired
Peachy Keen - 3D Objects with Metal
My Craft Spot - Pop It Up
Cardz TV - Luck of the Irish

and Vintage Pine.

from the County Fair cartridge.
This cartridge has some really fun
Fair related cuts on it!!
The cotton candy and all the layers were cut at 4".
It is mounted on an action wobble.
I used glitter paper for the top layer
of the cotton candy and then
embossed it using the Divine Swirls folder.
This cute sentiment is from My Pink Stamper's "Sweetest Cupcakes" stamp set.

This next card is from the adorable Ole' Cartridge.
Being hispanic, this was a must have
cartridge for me!!  I made
this adorable birthday
card for my mom.
Her birthday was this past week

She is mounted on an action wobble
so she can dance the night away!!
She was cut at 4.5".
The border frame
was cut at 5".
The lovely senorita has a mole on her
cheek just like my mom!!
I used Peachy Keens Laughy Taffy stamp set.
I used the Divine Swirls Cuttlebug folder on her hair.
For those of you that do not speak spanish
(ha, I don't either...LOL)
This says Feliz Cumpleanos, which
means Happy Birthday!!
This was cut at 2".

This next card was made using the
Nifty Fifties cartridge.
I just love this poodle cut!!
I think it is my favorite of all the poodle cuts.
My spoiled dog #2 Jasmine is
a minature poodle.
I used my gypsy to weld the
base image together to
make a shaped card.
the base was cut at 5.5"

The poodle was cut at 5.5".
I used the swiss dots Cuttlebug embossing folder
on the body and the divine swirls
on the fur.  I also added some Diamond
Stickles to the swirls.  I gave her
a diamond collar and toenails!!
The sentiment is from the K Andrews
"All About Animals" stamp set.
I am entering this card in the Simply Sunday
Challenge over at Getting Cricky and
Celebrate the Occasion

This last project is my overall favorite!!
I made this beautiful box from
Tags, Bags, Boxes and More 2.
It is the Bride Box cut at fit to page,
which cut at 8.75".  I also used
the scoring blade to score the lines.
I added crystal accents to the bodice.
some black ribbon and a white paper rose
I had in my stash.  I inked the edges of
the rose with black ink and dipped it in glitter.
On the bottom of the dress I used a crystal border
and this beautiful flower ribbon.
